I have a fetish. And yes, my fetish involves a hotel room. In fact, my fetish is hotel rooms. I honestly can't get enough of hoteliers who go beyond trite to create lush experiences for their guests.

That's why I'm anxious for the start of HITEC (Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition & Conference), 16-19 June 2008. It's the ultimate showcase of technology that anticipates and enhances our experience in a hotel room. I won't arrive until Tuesday, but expect several previews of the latest hotel tech in the near future.
