As I mentioned here, I’ve decided to make my backyard more of a priority. Until visiting relatives forced me out of my cave, I hadn’t realize that I’ve succumbed to the “9 to 5” mentality, despite being self-employed. Don’t get me wrong. I love my vocation. But one of the perks, or so I told myself, of pursuing the non-traditional route was having more than two weeks vacation. Yet, that’s exactly how I’ve been living.

Not for long. I went swimming this evening (first time in a very long time) and I’ve got two hikes planned for this week. For those planning a Packer trip to Colorado, I’ll have reviews very soon.
